"Having recently had an impromptu visit from ofsted we have today (14 April 2011) after the inspection, have been awarded "Outstanding”.

I am absolutely delighted, I agree with this decision whole heartedly and am so very pleased that the inspector had noticed everything that the staff of Kb's do every day, to make each child’s day unique, feel included, special and very very cared for."

Ofsted says Kb’s Day Nursery is ‘Outstanding’

Ofsted has reported Kb’s Day Nursery in Benenden is ‘Outstanding’ and it is thanks to all the staff who recognises each of the children is unique.
To mark the occasion Owner /Manageress Suzanne Kennedy with the help, of Liz ( parent) wrote a poem to express her gratitude to the team and would like to share it with everyone.

Outstanding, outstanding, whatever does it mean?
Outstanding, outstanding, is it some sort of theme?
It inspires, it appreciates values and vision, noticing each child’s giggle, curiosity, energy and precision.
We think we’re outstanding and the kids do too; now OFSTED says KB’s is the best so it must be true!
Questions are answered, thirsts are quenched; at Kb’s our appetite for learning is never spent.
Cuddles are plentiful, story books read.
Exploring and bug hunting is an every day event.
A day at Kb’s hurray hurray! Now what shall I be? Spider man, a princess or shall I be me?
Jenny will care for me; Pat will cook my tea, Linda will plant seeds with me and Helen climb a tree. Fiona kicks a ball; Angela shares a dance; Tracey visits my den and Lisa lets me take a chance.
Jess will listen; let me have my say, as we share ideas, plan adventures in our fun-filled Kb’s day.
